Kinder früher den Geburtsnamen ihrer Mutter als Geburtsnamen
erhalten haben. Diese gesetzl. Regelung gab es bis zum 30. Juni 1970.
Seither bekommen nichteheliche Kinder den Familiennamen ihrer
Mutter als Geburtsnamen.
Elisabeth Göller geb. Becker war zum Zeitpunkt der Geburt des
Kindes wohl schon mehr als 302 Tage verwitwet. Das Kind galt daher
nicht mehr als eheliches Kind dieser Ehe. Herr Schmitt (mit dem sie
anscheinend nicht verheiratet war) hat dann bestimmt später die
Vaterschaft zu dem Kind anerkannt und ist daher auch in der Geburts-
urkunde eingetragen.
