Sie kam 1882 mit ihrer Mutter und ihrem Bruder Karl nach Davenport.
Sie war dort eine fleißige Schülerin und erhielt als Auszeichnung eine "Kirchen-Medaille" für hervorragende Leistungen. Als Sie 18 Jahre alt war verlobte sie sich mit Otto Stoller. Späterals sie im Begriff waren zu heiraten und sich ein gemeinsames Haus einzurichten, überanstrengte sie sich und erlitt einen Nervenzusammenbruch. Das war im Mai 1900 - im Juli starb sie dahin.
