Dieser Hof erscheint in 2 amtlichen Schatzregistern von 1553 im 16Pf Schatz mit einem 4 Fach Haus und einer 4 Fach Scheune, Gesamtwert: 338Mark,damit der wertvollste in der Liste zu Bartelsdorf und 1567 im Pflugschatz als Vollhöfner , muß demnach damals an den Verdener Bischof bemeiert gewesen sein. Im Jordebuch von 1692 wird gesagt, daß er einenprivaten Gutsherrn gehabt habe, von dem er sich freigekauft hätte.Dieser wird der von Hinhorst auf Veerse gewesen sein, der im 17,Jhdt überschuldet war und gern die Freikaufsumme von Eggersbauer angenommen haben wird.
