Grundbesitz:
a) Grundstück Rödingsmarkt Nic. B 496: 1592 erhält er die Hälfte des Grundstücks, welches bereits 1478 von seinem Ururgroßvater Wichmann von der Fechte erworben war.
b) Grundstück Schopenstehl: 1573 wird bestimmt, daß Jürgen von der Fechte 1/4 des Grundstücks erhält. Er veräußert es 1609, da das Haus durch eine Feuersbrunst völlig zerstört worden war.
1608 wird Jürgen von der Fechte unter den Mietern der Höfe genannt, die das Heilige Geist Hospital außerhalb des Millerntors und des Schaartors besitzt.
