Hinrich AHLF

2005 9 great grandfather was Claus Ahlf (Louise Treichel - wife). He had two brothers that I know of that also came to the US. John (Minnie - wife) Ahlf and Henry Ahlf. I have info on John & family such as pictures and death dates. I have obits and pictures on Claus' family. So far I have nothing but some pictures on Henry & his family. My mother (91) remembers the Henry Ahlf families coming to visit them here in St. Ansgar, Iowa. What info do you have on Henry, Martha, and Harry? Of course, I am most interested in obits, and where they are buried. I think I may have just found Harry in the Social Security Death Index. (b. 8/17/1883 & d. 4/1983. Please advise. Thank you. Claus Edward Ahlf, was a farmer and my great grandfather. There also was John Ahlf living in St. Ansgar who was another brother. I have been talking with my mother and aunt who are 90 and 88 respectively. They tell me what they can remember about the Henry Ahlf family as they came to visit relatives in the area. Harry was married to a schoolteacher Mary. Curious as to what info you may have. I certainly can supply what I have on the St. Ansgar, Iowa Ahlfs if interested and this all turns out be the same families. My mother and aunt definitely know it was a brother in Chicago, IL.
