Torissa Orilla Mae LUDWIG

Torissa, sometimes called Etta, Ludwig Huff, daughter of Francis H.and ElizabethLudwig, was born at Modale, Iowa, August 26, 1877 andpassed away at Missouri Valley, Iowa January 25, 1961. As a youngwoman she was Deputy Recorder of HarrisonCounty, later attending IowaState College at Ames.<br>She was married to ClydeLeslie Huff April 19, 1905. Most of hermarried life was spent in California andTexas.<br>Mrs. Huff was a charter member of Order of Eastern Star, AcmeChapter#280 of Modale. She became a member of Chapter DP of the PEOsisterhood in Logan in1923and was a charter member of Chapter EZ ofPEO in Los Angeles.<br>To mourn her passing, she leaves her husband, Clyde L. Huff, ofMissouri Valley, several cousins, including Mrs. Blanche Skinner andLewis Riley of Mondamin and Mrs. John Dick of Fremont, NE as well as ahost of friends.<br>Fineral services at the Hardy-Walker Funeral Home, Missouri Valley,Iowa at 2PM January 28, 1961 with interment atRose Hill Cemetery,Missouri Valley, Iowa.
