EHE: sein Heiratsdatum fand ich nur als zahlendes Mitglied bei ancestry.com, der seinen Familienbaum dort wachsen läßt. es ist 1916. Bei familysearch.org fand ich zwar Hinweise auf die Ehe, aber mehrdurch die Geburt eines Kindes.

TOD: zuerst hatte ich nur ein Todesjahr 1932 und kein richtiges Geburtsjahr. Als ich jedoch als zahlendes Mitglied den Familienbaum SCHMIERS online bei ancestry.com wachsen lies, fanden sich immer mehr Quellen zu dem amerikanischen Zweig, die ich so nie gesucht hätte!!! Denn ancestry.com schlägt automatisch Fundstellen vor, wenn man seinen Familienbaum dort online wachsen läßt! Dadurch findet sichnun auch in "Illinois, Deaths and Stillbirths Index, 1916-1947" sein Sterbedatum 7 Aug 1931 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois.

MARRIAGE: I just found his date of marriage as a paying member at ancestry.com, who leaves his family tree to grow there. it's 1916th At familysearch.org I did find evidence of the marriage, but moreby the birth of a child.

DEATH: at first I only had one death in 1932, and not a real year of birth. However, when I as a paying member of the family tree allowed to grow at ancestry.com online Schmiers, an increasing numberof sources found on the American branch, which I never would have sought for so! Because ancestry.com automatically suggests sites, when his family tree can grow there online! This can now be found in"Illinois, Deaths and Still Births Index, 1916-1947," his date of death August 7, 1931 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois.

Title	Die Familien Schmiers und ihre Verwandten
Description	um 2009 veröffentlichte ich die erste Version meines Vorfahrenbaumes in GEDBAS. Heute 2014 kann man diese als überholt bezeichen und ersetzen durch die neue Version von 2014. Diese Datenbank enthällt möglichst alle Vorkommen von Schmiers weltweit in zwei großen Familiensträngen, die beide aus Westfalen stammen. Zusätzlich, wenn alles klappte, auch einige Streufunde, die noch nicht zugeordnet werden konnten. Mein Zweig stammt aus dem Kreis Steinfurt, ist in Westfalen ausgestorben und lebt als "sächsischer Zweig" weiter. Der andere große Strang stammt aus der Umgebung Cappenberg und hat zahlreiche Nachkommen in USA und Deutschland. In den vergangenen Jahren ist meine Forschung deutlich vorangeschritten. Beim Export hakte ich an "lebende Personen ausschließen". Hoffentlich vergaß ich bei keiner Person mit unbekanntem Todesdatum das Häkchen bei 'verstorben' zu setzen... Ich würde mich über Fragen zu diesen Familienbäumen freuen.
