Theodo III. (* 770; † nach 793) war Herzog von Bayern. Er war der Sohnvon Tassilo III. und der Liutberga. 776 erhob Tassilo seinen Sohn zum Mitherrscher, doch Karl der Große unterwarf ihn, und Theodo wurde als Geisel genommen. Nachdem Tassilo endgültig gestürzt worden war, wurde die gesamte Agilolfingerfamilie in verschiedenen Klöstern festgehalten.
