<p>CLYATT, Ruth Louise Eyman, was born May 7, 1919 in Normal, IL, and died Oct. 3, 2014 in St. Petersburg. She graduated from Florida State College for Women in 1939. She was a member of the FSU Alumni Assn., Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and the DAR. In 1949, she and her husband, William N. Clyatt settled in Orinda, CA, where they reared their three sons and two daughters. They later moved to Mokelumne Hill, CA. They returned to Florida in 1998 and lived at Westminster Shores, in St. Petersburg. Ruth was an avid and accomplished homemaker, gardener and quilter. In 1981, she won the Best of Show Blue Ribbon at the California State Fair in the Home Arts Department for some of her quilting. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; and her youngest daughter, Sarah Emily Clyatt. She is survived by her daughter, Anne L.C. Albert; and sons, William S. Clyatt, Robert L. Clyatt, and Thomas J. Clyatt. There will be a memorial service for Ruth on Oct. 14, at 10 am, in the Health Center Chapel(St. Lukes) of Westminster Suncoast, 1095 Pinellas Point Dr. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33705. A reception will immediately follow. Mrs. Clyatts ashes will be interred beside those of her husband in theEyman family plot in Tallahassees Oakland Cemetery.
