Humbert II. von Savoyen (* um 1060 in Carignano, Provinz Turin; † 14. Oktober 1103 in Nicosia, Provinz Enna; genannt: Der Starke) war der einzige Sohn von Amadeus II., Graf von Savoyen.
Er heiratete Gisèle von Burgund, einer Tochter von Wilhelm I. von Burgund. Aus dieser Ehe entsprangen sieben Kinder:
Amadeus (* 1092 oder 1095; † 30. August 1148 in Zypern), der seine Nachfolge antrat
Wilhelm († 1130) wurde Bischof von Liège
Renaud wurde Vorsteher des Klosters St. Maurice im Wallis
Humbert († 1131)
Adelheid oo Ludwig VI. König von Frankreich
Guy wurde Abt von Namur
Agnes oo Archambault VII., Sire de Bourbon.
Seine Bündnispolitik richtete sich nach Frankreich aus, wo er seine Tochter mit dem König verheiraten konnte - dies auch, um die Interessen des Hauses Savoyen in Italien verteidigen zu können.
