Hinrich war der älteste Sohn des Hinrich I. Er war seit 1653 verheiratet mit Trine Böckler. Er nannte seine beiden Söhne ebenfalls Hinrich und Christian. Er hat nicht den Hof des Vaters übernommen, sonder den Hof Nummer 19, der bis 1822 im Familienbesitz blieb, als der damalige Besitzer Hinrich Gienke ohne männliche Erben starb. Seine Abgaben waren um 1658 genauso hoch, wie die seines Vaters, so daß kein Grund bestanden hätte, auf dem Familienhof zu bestehen.
