<p>Stevens Point Daily Journal</p><p>Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Portage County</p><p>Thursday, February 18, 1932</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mrs. Frank Shafranski</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mrs. Frank Shafranski, 500 Union street, a resident of Stevens Point during the past 35 years died at 7:35 o'clock this morning at St. Michael's hospital. She was taken ill a week ago and was removed to the hospital, where she underwent an operation. Her condition had been critical during the past two days.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mrs. Shafranski, whose maiden name was Agnes Koslowski, was born in Chicago on April 15, 1880. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Koslowski, came to Junction City when she was one year old and she lived there for 15 years. She then came to Stevens Point, where she was employed, and 34 years ago she was married to Anton Kolinski of this city. He died 21 years ago. Mrs. Shafranski was married on September 20, 1921, to Mr. Shafranski, who is employed by the Joerns Brothers Furniture Company.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Mrs. Shafranski also belonged to the Rosary society of that parish and was a member of St. Hedwig's court No. 745, Women's Catholic Order of Foresters.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Surviving are her husband, her mother, Mrs. Michael Koslowski of Junction City, five sons and two daughters, William Kolinski, 602 Franklin street, Roman Kolinski, 707 Fifth avenue, Anton J. Kolinski, 730 Strongs avenue, Frank Kolinski, Los Angeles, Calif., Chester Kolinski, Milwaukee, Mrs. Walter Kowalski, 416 North Third street, and Mrs. Julius Jurgella, 525 Smith street.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mrs. Shafranski also leaves nine stepsons, Alex, Adam, Frank, Peter, Vincent, Chester and Edmund Shafranski of Stevens Point, Felix Shafranski of San Diego, Calif., and Valerian Shafranski of New Mexico; five sisters, Mrs. Joseph Ciecholinski, Mrs. Frank Pfiffner, Mrs. Frank Spreda and Mrs. Joseph Klismet of Stevens Point and Mrs. William Skibba of Junction City; four brothers, Michael Koslowski of Hibbing, Minn., and Frank, Joseph and Peter Koslowski of the town of Eau Pleine.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>There are 11 grandchildren and 11 step grandchildren surviving.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Funeral services will be held at 8 o'clock Monday morning at St. Peter's church.
