Ruka, 74, Town of Linwood, died at 1:30 a.m. Sunday at the River Pines Sanatorium. He had been a patient there for about three weeks.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church, Mill Creek. The Rev. Peter F. Rombalski will officiate. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Friends may call today at the Dzikoski Funeral Home. A general rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mr. Ruka was born Jan. 30, 1896, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Ruka. As a child his family moved to Junction City, but after five years they returned to Milwaukee.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In 1917 he entered the Army and served two years stateside.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>He married Sophie Szulgit on Nov. 22, 1927, in Milwaukee.
