Imm. Tübingen 26.4.1533 als "Sebaldus Wisenstain ex Kalb", Bacc. art. Febr. 1535, Mag. 3.7.1541. Pfarrer zu Maichingen 1551 - 1581. Pfarrer Maichingen 20.4.1551 noch als "Interimist", dann als ordentlicher Pfarrer. Bei der Visitaion 1581 als "wollbetagter Diener Christi, der auff Im hatt 67 Jahr" bezeichnet. Sein "Predigen" komme "in schwer an, muoß zuo mehrmalen leibesblödigkeit halber die Predigt einstellen. Doch clagen die von Möchingen nichtz". Noch im selben Jahr wurde er auf seine Bitte hin verleibdingt (d.h. gegen ein bestimmtes Einkommen zur Ruhe gesetzt).
