Wilhelm Enders hieß bis 1939 Pieskow mit Nachnamen. Nach Aussage von "Tante Emmi", seiner Tochter hießen in dem Ort Naßadel 13 Familien Pieskow. Es gab deshalb immer wieder Verwechslungen. Als dann1939 eine kostenlose Eindeutschung von Familiennamen möglich wurde, wählte Wilhelm Pieskow den Nachnamen Enders.
