Obituary - Alphonse F. Wiederholt, 61, was found dead Thursday morning, July 27th, of natural causes in his room at the Central Hotel, where he had been residing for a number of years.
Mr. Wiederholt was born March 12, 1894, at Kieler, Wisconsin, a son of the late Joseph and Dora Weber Wiederholt. He was employed as a blacksmith at the John Deere Dubuque Tractor Company.
He was survived by one daughter, Mrs. Al (Dorothy) Anderson, Calawba, Wis., two sisters, Mrs. Val (Elizabeth) Roth, Dubuque, Iowa and Mrs. Blandine Sutton, East Dubuque, Illinois and a brother, Nicholas Wiederholt, East Dubuque, Illinois.
He was buried in East Dubuque Cemetery in East Dubuque, Illinois. (Dubuque Telegraph Herald (Iowa) July 28, 1955)
