Age 65. She married John Thomas Syth March 13, 1918 at Neilsville,WI. After a year in that area they came to the Girard community in 1919 and farmed until moving to Sidney in 1943. Survivors are her widower, four sons Hal of Cut Bank, Donald of Portland, OR, and Lesie and Allan, both of Missoula; four daughters, Mrs, Ivan Kroehnke of Denver, Mrs. Gerald Carter of Portland, Miss Dorothy Syth of Sidney and Mrs. Glen Berry of Twin falls, ID, two brothers, Ralph Macknick of Belleville, WI and Lloyd Macknick of Stevens Point, WI; sister Mrs. Frank Murphy if Neilsville, 25 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
