Name Suffix:<NSFX> II a farmer, his home built by his father in 1766, still standing 1901. During the Rev. he was commissioned to transport the rench troops and the silver, called the "cattle train", from Newport, RI on their journeythru east Hartford. While the French troops were encamped on Silver land the silver was stored int he northwest front room of the house. colonist borrowed this siver from the troops. The kegs of coins were rolled into the west door of the house and then taken to Philadelphia. a farmer, his home built by his father in 1766, still standing 1901.
