Russell, born September 16, 1801, and died August 5, 1836. Hissecond wife, whom he married March 26, 1837, was Lydia Root, born August11, 1814, and died March 4, 1904. Mr. Stephens was a farmer and residedin Canisteo, New York, where he died February 7, 1877.
