Ihr geh&ouml;rt alles, das sie in<br />die Ehe brachte, besonders die 18.000 Taler im Gold. Die<br />G&uuml;ter soll sie ein Jahr nach seinemTode nutzen, aber auch<br />die Lasten tragen. Sie erh&auml;lt er das pers&ouml;nliche Eigentum<br />ihres Mannes und nach der &Uuml;bergabe der G&uuml;ter an den<br />Nachfolger eine Jahresrente von3000 Talern in Gold. Stirbt<br />die Frau vor ihrem Mann oder innerhalb eines Jahres nach<br />ihm, geh&ouml;rte dass ihr ausgesetzt Erbteil zum Fideikommi&szlig;. -<br />Einigen Dienern werden Legate ausgesetzt. - die Schulden,<br />die die Familie vom Vater &uuml;bernommen hat, werden aus seinem<br />Nachlass bezahlt und der Nachfolger muss das<br />Wirtschaftsinventar &uuml;bernehmen, das aufgef&uuml;hrt wird. - Der<br />Besitz wird in ein Fideikommiss verwandelt, die Erbfolge<br />festgesetzten und die Anlegung des Verm&ouml;gens bestimmt. Zu<br />Testamentsvollstreckern werden der BruderObristleutnant<br />Wilhelm von Schnehen und der Schwager Oberforstmeister Carl<br />von Mannsberg bestimmt und im Falle ihrer Verhinderung der<br />Bruder Obrist Carl von Schnehen.
