William Frederick KOBER

I William Cober of the City of Kenosha, County of Kenosha, State of Wisconsin, being of sound mind and memory and mindful of the uncertainty of human life, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following 1st After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give devise and bequeath all my estate both real and personal of whatever name and nature unto my beloved wife Catherine Cober and the children she has borne me, to be used by her for her and their benefit until they arrive at ages or become able to provide for themselves with this restriction only, that in no event shall my wife allow any part of my estate so devised and bequeathed or the proceeds thereof to pass from under her control or management unless she should again marry in such case she shall take such legal steps as shall secure to her and my children all that shall remain of my said estate in such proportion to each of them as my seem to her just and right. 2 I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Catherine Cober the executrix of this my last will and testament and hereby authorize and empower her to compound, compromise and settle any claims or demand which may be against or in favor of my said estate. I further give her authority under the direction of the court to sell my real estate if it shall become necessary so to do in carrying out of any of the duties enjoined upon her by this will.
