Paul P. Klimek was born March 23,1883 in Leaf Mountain. He resided there his entire life. He was married to Anna Faust July 9, 1909. Three daughters survive. They are Mrs. Frank (Elizabeth) Reger of Staples; Mrs. John (Mina) Koep of Clitherall, and Mrs. Henry (Isabella) Buerskin of Battle Lake. His wife died Sept 11, 1917. On Nov. 19, 1918, he was married to Mary Stich. She and five children born to them survive. They are Mrs. (Irene) Albright of Milwaukee; Sibert of Brandon; Mrs. Frank (Elsie) Sorrenti of Milwaukee; Mrs. Frank (Adeline) Koep and Verlee of St. Paul. He also leaves 29 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. All of his children were present for the funeral. Mr. Klimek suffered a stroke March 13 and died at St. Raphael's hospital in Parkers Prairie the following day.
