<p>HARLAND FULMER OBITUARY</p><p><p></p></p><p><p> HAYWARD, July 26 - Harland W. Fulmer 43, a retired chief machinist's mate and a U.S. Navy verteran of World War II and the Korean conflict, died unexpectedly Monday in an Oakland hospital.</p></p><p><p> Mr. Fulmer was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association, Branch 159 and United Steelworkers Union Local 3367 of Niles.</p></p><p><p> Afterhis retirement from the Navy, he worked as a machinist at Pacific States Steel Co. His residences was 22359 Montgomery St.</p></p><p><p> He leaves his wife, Ruth, a daughter and son Mrs. Peggy Molina and Oscar Craddock of Hayward, and another son Wayne H. Fulmer of Kansas; his mother Mrs. Delvia Welch of Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Shirley Ellerbee and Katherine Welch and two brothers Clifford and Forrest Fulmer all of Texas and two grandchildren.</p><p> Services willl be held at 11:45 am tomorrow at Sorensen Brothers Chapel.</p>
