Sohn des Erbherrn Leutnants MJ; machte den Feldzug 1813-15 als freiwilliger Jäger, dann Secondelieutnat mit; studierte dann Medizin in Greifswald und promovierte am 21. dez.1825 (Diss. inaug.contag. hominis inter animalia); prakt.Arzt zu Wismar seit Ostern 1826, auch Armenarzt Arzt am Stadtkrankemhaus in Wismar und Polizeiarzt; wohnte in der Böttcherstraße 4 (sein "Schwager" Alexander Frege in Nr. 2, V. des Mathematikers Gottlob Frege!); Herausgeber und anonymer Autor der "Baltischen Blüthen..." und "Der dt. Blätter"; Freimaurer 1849 in Wismar "Zur Vaterlandsliebe", 1861 Meister vom Stuhl (nach langer Krankheit von Medizinalrat Friedrich Crull !) und als Gast in der Loge in Schwerin.
