Aelia Flavia Flacilla († 386 in Skotumis, Thrakien) heiratete um 376 den römischen Kaiser Theodosius I.. Mit ihm hatte sie die zwei Söhne Arcadius und Honorius sowie die Tochter Pulcheria, die jedoch schon als Kind starb. 379 wurde Aelia Flacilla zur Augusta ernannt. Als Anhängerin des nicaenischen Christentums galt sie als sehr fromm und midtätig und setzte sich gegen den Arianismus ein. Gregor von Nyssa hielt ihre Leichenrede. Im Gebäude des Senats wurde eine sie darstellende Säule aufgestellt.
