Mr. Lowmiller was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the Springdale Friend's Church. Friends may call at the Gillespie Funeral Home in Cadiz after 2 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. The Rev. Mr. Phil Edwards will officiate. Burial will be in Cadiz Union Cemetery.
