Birth: Dec. 11, 1875 Harrison County Ohio, USA Death: Feb. 10, 1962 Steubenville Jefferson County Ohio, USA From the Steubenville Herald-Star, Steubenville, Ohio, Monday, February 12, 1962- Ervin Lowmiller Ervin Lowmiller, 86, of Annapolis, died at 11:20 p.m. Saturday in Ohio Valley Hospital after an illness of two weeks. Mr. Lowmiller was a retired employe of the New York Central Railroad. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Laura Belle Miller Lowmiller; a daughter, Mrs. Clyde Boals of Steubenville; a brother, Albert Lowmiller of Pittsburgh; five sisters, Mrs. Ollie Gotschall and Mrs. Emma Clutz, both of Canton, Mrs. Vera Dailey and Mrs. Verna Carson, both of Oberlin, Ohio and Mrs. Florence Thompson of Dayton. He was preceded in death by a sister; four brothers and a grandson. Mr. Lowmiller was born Dec. 11, 1875, in Germano, Ohio, a son of the late George and Mary Jane Orr Lowmiller. Friends may call at the McGill Funeral Home from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. The Rev. Mr. William Banks will officiate. Burial will be in the Germano, Ohio, Cemetery.
