He was a former member of Antioch Baptist Church and a present member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Huntingdon Park, CA. Services were also held in Bell, CA on Thursday, March 6, 1986. He was a member of the Mason's. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sylvia Birmingham of Bell, two daughters, Lori Birmingham of Bell, Pamela Stewart of Sunnymead, CA and one son, Keith Birmingham also of Bell, a sister Virginia Fonville of Humboldt, a brother Arthur Golden of IL, a step-mother Nora (Bingham) Birmingham of Humboldt and many nephews and nieces. Pallbearers were Keith Birmingham, Ross Dover, Ron Dudgeon, Robert Garner, Bob Nicholas, G.D. Hall.
