Rosina Johanna (Rosa) Löwenstein, verh. Levy besuchte die Höhere Töchterschule.
Die verwitwete Mutter Pauline Löwenstein lebte von August 1923 bis Oktober 1941 im Haushalt ihrer Tochter, dann wurde sie - wie ihre Tochter - in das Lager Milbertshofen eingewiesen. Dort starb sie am 18.11.1941.
Tochter Elsa emigrierte im November 1939 nach New York, sie war eine verheiratete Rieser. Sohn Richard wurde am 25.11.1941 in Kaunas ermordet.
Am 16.07.1942 (Transportnr. 740) kam Rosa Levy mit ihrem Ehemann mit Transport II/15 nach Theresienstadt. Dort starb er am 28.10.1942. Von den insgesamt 50 Personen des Transportes wurden 42 Opfer der Shoah. Rosa Levy wurde am 18.05.1944 mit Transport Eb von Theresienstadt nach Auschwitz deportiert, insgesamt bestand der Transport aus 2498 Personen, von diesen überlebten 309.
