John Ravilous pointed out that she is identified as the dau. of John deGrey, 2nd Lord Grey of Wilton, by a note in CP: Vol VI, p. 153, note (a). In this note her father, John de Grey, left properties to her eldest brother Roger and if his line failed, they were to go to Roger, sonof John de Mules, her eldest son. This remainder could only have been made if Roger's mother was John de Grey's (elder) daughter.
