Notes for this person
NOTE: The Times of 17th July 1962 has a short obituary on her on page12column 5.On her death certificate she was a spinster of private meansandwith CBE; she died of heart failure and the informant was heryoungest, and only surviving, brother Arthur. She had beenliving at Flat 2a,Bransgore House, Bransgore, Ringwood but diedat 20 Braidley Road (her sister Evelyn used to live at No 18 soI wonder if there is some confusion here and the death wasreally at No 18?).In the 1901 census she was living at The Rectory, Whitchurch,Oxfordshire with her parents, aged 22 and born in Northam,Hants.
