Vogt des Stiftes Lorsch 1049 -1110 ,gründete 1049 Kloster Gottesaue ,nachdem nicht erhaltenen Nekrolog des Eigenklosters der Hohenberger die sich nach der Burg auf dem Turmberg bei Durlach nannten und die Gottesaue zu ihrer Grabanlage best. hatten ,starb der Stifter als Mönch seines Klosters .Ks. Heinrich lV. hat mit der Urkunde vom 16.8.1110 seinen Sohn Bertold den Jüngeren das Erbgutauf die Klostervogtei zugesichert .
