18.12.1663: Albinus Lemmel, Besitzer des Erbrichtergutes zu Neudorf, hat keine Leibeserben. Er schenkt daher das Richtergut und alle seine anderen Güter seinem guten Freunde Johann Wilhelm Eberwein, C.S.Oberförster zu Crotendorf. Dieser soll sich nach seinem Tode dieser Güter vollständig anmaßen und nützen. Für den Fall, daß Lemmel doch noch natürliche Leibeserben erlangen würde, soll Eberwein diesen auf Fristen 500fl erstatten. So zahlte der Oberförster Johann Wilhelm Eberwein als Besitzer des Hofgutes im Okt.1706 16 Taler, Daniel Walthers Witwe als Besitzerin des Glashüttengutes 12 Taler, Daniel Oeser als Besitzer eines Mannschaftshauses 2 Taler, 16 Groschen, Christian Harzer als Besitzer
