HEIMSATH</p><p>Josephine Agnes Heimsath born in Chicago, on January 31, 1919, passed away on October 13,2003 at Jordan?s Nursing Home, Bridgman.</p><p>Josephine and her husband, Paul, raised their nine children in Coloma and were members of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Watervliet. After Paul?s death, Josephine retired to Dallas to be with her children and grandchildren. After living in Dallas for 14 years, she returned to southwestern Michigan to live out the remainder of her life. She will bemissed by her family, neighbors and many friends.</p><p>A celebration of life will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Watervliet on Friday, October 17, at 1:30 p.m. visitation is planned for Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.; friends and family are invited to attend at Hutchins Funeral Home, Watervliet, where a rosary prayer service will begin at 7 p.m.</p><p>Josephine is survived by her sister, Kathleen Meyers of Coloma; and brother, Edward Glavin of Chicago. In addition, Josephine is survived by he nine children, daughters, Sandra (Jack) Gnewuch of Merrimack, N.H., Marybeth (Greg) Hayes of St. Joseph, Linda blakely of Garland, Texas, Patricia (Jim) Bolt of Tampa, Florida; and sons, Paul Heimsath of Fairbanks, Alaska, John Heimsath of Dallas, Richard (Sandi) Heimsath of Coloma, Robert (Alison) Heimsath of St. Joseph, Jerry (Maureen) Heimsath of Garland, Texas. Josephine had five sisters and one brother: Mary Elizabeth Thompson, Eileen Glavin, Margaret Urbon, Ann Glavin, Kathleen Meyers, and Edward Glavin. Josephine married Paul Heimsath on October 22, 1938 and celebrated 43 yearstogether. Paul and Josephine had nine children, twenty-five grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. Josephine and Paul?s children are: Sandra (Jack) Gnewuch of Merrimack, NH Paul Heimsath of Fairbanks, AK Mary Elizabeth (Greg) Hayes of Saint Joseph, MI Linda Blakely of Garland, TX John Heimsath of Dallas, TX Richard (Sandi) Heimsath of Coloma, MI Robert (Alison) Heimsath of Saint Joseph, MIPatricia (Jim) Bolt of Tampa, FL Gerald (Maureen) Heimsath of Garland, TX. The Gnewuch?s have four children and seven grandchildren: Scot (Tina) Gnewuch of Arlington, MA, daughter Shayna Sheri (Brian) Mumau of Baldwinsville, NY, sons; Mathew and Andrew Suzanne (John) Bresnahan of Haverhill, MA, sons; Patrick, Paul and daughter Molly Karen (Kevin) Wicka of Hamburg, NY, daughter; Carly Paul Heimsath has three children and two grandchildren Dianne (Cory) Witt of Anchorage, AK, sons; Wyatt and Walker Christopher Heimsath, Deceased 2002 Jack Heimsath of Anchorage, AK The Hayes have two daughters Paula (Tom) Hayden of Chicago, Ill Heather Hayes of Chicago, Ill Linda Blakely has two daughters Tiffany Blakely of Midland TX Amanda Blakely of Garland, TX.
