He graduated from Alpha High School in 1941. On October 10, 1948, he was united inmarriage with Geneva Grebien. Following Geneva's death, Everett was married to Bernice Koch on December 4, 1965, at Faith United Church of Christ in Tripoli. A longtime resident of Tripoli, Everett worked for many years at Rath Packing Co. in Waterloo. He also did tiling work in the Tripoli area. He was a member of St.</p> <p>Paul's Lutheran Congregation in Tripoli. He enjoyed gardening, fishing,and deer hunting.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to his first wife, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Margaret, who died in infancy on December 8, 1951; four brothers, Ted, Archibald, Dean, and Alvin; and one sister, Labenius.
