Anna Mary DUDONIS

My mother Anna was a kind and caring person. She was one to be admired. After all she had 11 children. She loved each one of us..and loved to cook and make sure that we were clean as a whistle going off to school or to Church. Mom kept all of us in line with feeding, nurturing us to the best of her ability.... it was always done with love. As the years went on and each of her children leftand married and had children she became such an awesome Grandma to 100 plus grandchildren, great grand children, great great grandchildren for there were 5 generations when she passed...and she loved every minute of it watching her family grow. Mom would light right up when one of them would call or come to visit her. She would crochet a new blanket or bonnet/cap and sweater when the news of anew baby was on its way. Many of us have them still to this day.Her passion was making things for her loved ones..crocheting was a joy to her and each item was made with perfection. I still have twoof the afghans she crocheted for me and still use them to this day constantly. What a beautiful reminder of the love and work she put into making these things for all of us.
