Wilkinson, 88, of Kent, Wash., formerly of Cheyenne, died Aug. 13 in Kent. He was born June 19, 1913, in Cheyenne, and had lived here most of his life. Mr. Wilkinson retired from the U.S. Army as a lieutenant colonel, and had served in World War II. After his military career, he was a field supervisor for the Employment Security Commission for the state of Wyoming. He retired after 20 years of service. Mr. Wilkinson was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, American Legion Post 6 and the Retired Officers Association. He is survived by son, John Wilkinson of Kent and James Wilkinson of Spokane, Wash.; daughter, Gina Lovell of Kent; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
