Johann Peter Sauer war ein Sohn des Müllers Johannes Sauer und dessen Frau Maria (Anna?) Cordula N.N..
Am 14. Januar 1754 heiratete Johann Peter Maria Katharina N.N., "14 Januarii [1754] praemissis consuelis inthronizati sunt honestus adolescens Joannes Petrus Sauer filius Joannis Sauer et Annae Chordulae (sic!) conjugum hujatum et virtuosa MariaCatharina vidua relicta Joannis Petri Heckmann relicta vidua ex Kocherbach praesente tota communitate." Diese Witwe des (Johann) Peter Heckmann aus Kocherbach ist wahrscheinlich nicht meine Vorfahrin, da Christine Geiß, Johann Peter Heckmannserste Frau, erst am 15. August 1752 verstorben ist. Johann Peter Sauer ist nach meinen Recherchen erst am 25. September 1757 verstorben!! Hier gibt es noch viele Widersprüche.
