Notes for this person
Born in Hockenheim, Kreis Mannheim, Baden, emigrated to Ohio with his 6 surviving children in July 1838. His wife, Anna Apollonia SCHAEFFER, had previously died in 1831 in her hometown of Schwegenheim, Kreis Germersheim, Pfalz where they lived and he farmed. Andreas' grave is to the left of the Lochbaum monument in the center of the photo. His marker is gone. The cemetery was vandalized, but an earlier census of the cemetery puts his grave there.
