Margaret Katherine ZIRKLE

Margaret Katherine (Zirkle) Schwarz, was born in Hicksville, Ohio, on November 11, 1923, the daughter, and youngest of six children, of Margaret Edna (Greer) and Samuel Grim Zirkle. She passed on to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 4, 2007. A graduate of Ohio State University, Margaret worked as a dietician before moving to Albuquerque in 1951, where she became active in her church and community. Margaret will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Alfred Carl Schwarz; her parents, Margaret Edna (Greer) and Samuel Grim Zirkle; and three brothers, Lewis Greer, John Edwin, and Richard Max Zirkle. Margaret is survived by her daughters, Carol Schwarz of Albuquerque, and Gretchen Schwarz of Tulsa, OK; her granddaughter, Katie Lanier of TX; her sister, Mary Ellen Zirkle; and one brother, Samuel Edgar Zirkle; and other relatives and friends.
