Son of George Lee and Maude Elenor Thacker Kiser. A funeral service was conducted Sunday for Owen Kiser, 75, of Quicksburg, VA., who died at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. Mr. Kiser, who was retired, had been general superintendent of Bellvue Gardens and was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth) Dunning, Alamos, New Mexico. The funeral service was conducted from the chapel of Brown Funeral Home at 2:30 pm. by Rev Frank Plybon, interment was in the Mt. Hope Cemetery at Kline by Brown Funeral Home.
