Er ist Nachfolger von dem Juraten Peter Rabour, dessen Tochter Hinrich offensichtlich geheiratet hat. Er wird selbst 1631/32 zuletzt im Michaeliszins-und Schmalzehntregister mit einer Halbhöfnerabgabe genannt, während 1567 der Hof noch als Vollhof genannt wird. 1592 wird er noch im Schmalzehntregister und 1590 zum ersten mal ebd, dann 1613 noch einmal erwähnt. Er übernimmt um 1592 den Hof , der später nach ihm Niemeyers=Nemanns benannt wird. Hinrich wird 1592/93 im Schmalzehnt / 1599, 1600 und 1613 im Michaeliszins / 1599 im Immenzehnt / 1628 im Kuhschatz genannt.
