Als Reservist Krieg 1870/71 (siehe "Lebenserrinnerungen" Th.A.). Übernahm 1877 nach Heira t das elterliche Geschäft, starb 10 Jahre später an Kriegsfolgen. Seine Frau führte als Witwe das Geschäft weiter und heiratete nochmals.
