War getaufter Jude. Konvertiert. 1135 Amtmann von St. Laurenz. 1140 genannt. In verschiedenen Quellen zwischen 1135 und 1156 als "Eckebrecht qui fuit judeus" oder auch "Eckebret iudeus". 1139/52 wurden Eckebret und sein Sohn Fordolf als "magistri civium" (Amtleute) genannt. 1142/56 Zeuge bei einem Geldgeschäft. Nochmals 1152 als Zeuge genannt (AL Quetting)
