The Commonwealth of Kentucky to the Sheriff of Garrard County greeting you are hereby commanded to summon Alexander Moon and Weeden Smith to appear before the Judge of our Circuit Court for the Garrard Circuit on the third day of our September Court next to answer ???(three words undecipherable) against them by James Nowlin, Richard Duggins, and his wife Nancy Duggins, Patrick Nowlin, David Nowlin, Zachariah Nowlin, William Woodson and his wife Tabitha Woodson, Elijah Walden and his wife Patsy (Martha) Walden, Zachariah Lucust and his wife Polly Lucust, Peggy Nowlin and Sally Nowlin, Infants who ? by Zachariah Lucusts ? them and ?? and his heirs are representatives of James Nowlin Deceased, and they shall in no wise ?? under the penalty of one hundred pounds. | Description | um 2009 veröffentlichte ich die erste Version meines Vorfahrenbaumes in GEDBAS. Heute 2014 kann man diese als überholt bezeichen und ersetzen durch die neue Version von 2014. Diese Datenbank enthällt möglichst alle Vorkommen von Schmiers weltweit in zwei großen Familiensträngen, die beide aus Westfalen stammen. Zusätzlich, wenn alles klappte, auch einige Streufunde, die noch nicht zugeordnet werden konnten. Mein Zweig stammt aus dem Kreis Steinfurt, ist in Westfalen ausgestorben und lebt als "sächsischer Zweig" weiter. Der andere große Strang stammt aus der Umgebung Cappenberg und hat zahlreiche Nachkommen in USA und Deutschland. In den vergangenen Jahren ist meine Forschung deutlich vorangeschritten. Beim Export hakte ich an "lebende Personen ausschließen". Hoffentlich vergaß ich bei keiner Person mit unbekanntem Todesdatum das Häkchen bei 'verstorben' zu setzen... Ich würde mich über Fragen zu diesen Familienbäumen freuen. |
