Arnold von Hohenfels und seine Frau Albradis hatten drei Söhne Heinrich, Gottschalk, Eckhard und eine Tochter. Eckhard war Pfarrer in Niederasphe. Im Jahr 1292 übergaben Arnold und seine Frau Albradis zum Heil ihrer Seelen und zum Unterhalt ihrer Tochter, die im Kloster Caldern lebte, dem Kloster gegen eine gelegentliche Zahlung von 17 Mark ihre Güter zu Oberamönau (Oberndorf). Im Jahr 1331 bestimmte Eckhard von Amönau, Pfarrer zu Niederasphe, dass die Wiese von Amönau, welche er von Craft von Hohenfels für 20 Mk. guter Pfennige gekauft hatte, an dessen Erben wiederkäuflich seien, aber auch ohne Wiederverkauf nach Eckhards Tod an die Familie zurückfallen sollen.
