Quelle: Grundbuch V Baitzen darin enthalten Band III ,Übertragung wegen Unübersichtlichkeit
Anton Volkmer übergibt diese Stelle später an seinen Sohn August. Lt. Vertrag vom 30.3.und 8.4.1852 zum Betrag von 1000 Thaler
Dieser dann später an seinen Sohn Joseph am 3.12.1887
Anton Volkmer verpflichtet sich der Witwe Großer (Mutter von Thaddäus Kautzenbach) ein lebenslanges Herbergsrecht unf Versorgung mit Naturalien zu gewährleisten. Dieser Vertrag wurde 1852 im Grundbuch gelöscht.
Nach seiner Heirat mit Theresia Frenzel 1841 am 6. Sept., richtet er am 22.9.1841 ein lebenslanges Wohnrecht für sein etwaiges Ableben ein.(Erbvertrag)
