<p>Find A Grave Memorial# 63342179 - Headstone photo Included</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Birth: Mar. 10, 1911</p> <p>Death: Apr. 15, 1926</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Sumner Gazette - April 22, 1926</p> <p>ALMA STAHLHUT, 15 YEARS OLD IS SUMMONED</p> <p>PNEUMONIA, FOLLOWING MEASLES, PROVES FATAL TO HIGH SCHOOL GIRL<br />FUNERAL SERVICES HELD SUNDAY</p> <p>Stricken So Early In Life, Her Demise Is Mourned By ManyFriends and Relatives</p> <p>Alma, youngest daughter of Mrs. Sophia Stahlhut, passed away at her home in Sumner last Thursday, April 15, at 6:00.&nbsp; Contracting the measles, she had apparently recovered when on April 7th, a severe cold set in and a pneumonia attack which followed resulted in her untimely death. <br />&nbsp;<br />The deceased was 15 years old and was a member of the Freshman class of the Sumner High School.&nbsp; She was greatly admired and loved by her friends and associates and her death came as a great shock to all.</p> <p>Alma was born in Leroy Township on March 10, 1911.&nbsp; On April 9th of the same year she was received into the holy Baptism.&nbsp; When her parents moved to Sumner, she attended the Christian day school of the St. Paul's Lutheran church and on April 13, 1924, she was confirmed.&nbsp; She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Choir and Young People's society.&nbsp; Her unassuming manner and willingness to serve had made many friends for her.&nbsp;</p> <p>She is survived by her mother, her grandmother, five brothers and two sisters, and a large number of other relatives.</p> <p>Eight years ago she was preceded in death by a sister, then 10years old, who fell a victim to the influenza epidemic general at that time.&nbsp; One other sister preceded her in death as did her father.</p> <p>Funeral services were held last Sunday afternoon atSt. Paul's Lutheran church.&nbsp; Rev.
