Wurde am Morgen des 16.11.1944 bei einem Bombenangriff der Allierten auf Merode zusammen mit ihrer Mutter schwer verwundet durch deutsche Soldaten abtransportiert. Starb in Froitzheim, wo es ein Feldlazarett gegeben haben soll. Wo sie beerdigt wurde ist unbekannt.
Auf der Gedenktafel in der Donatuskapelle in Schlich aufgeführt.
