erhielt 1825 von der Mutter den bisher verpachteten Heitzmannshof Bauer auf dem Heitzmannshof, 1825 bis 1869, 1832 Bau der Mühle, 1834 Feldtausch mit dem Vorderwillmenhof, Bürgermeister 1839 bis 1842, 1846 Hofgebäude abgebrannt (durch Brandstiftung war das Feuer auf der Heubühne ausgebrochen), seit dem Wiederaufbau sind Wohnhaus und Ökonomiegebäude getrennt. 10. März 1869 Die Eheleute Josef Heitzmann übergeben mit Einwilligung ihrer Kinder an den Sohn Josef Heitzmann das Haus Nr. 10, Wohnhaus, Hofmühle, Speichergebäude, Waschküche, Berghäusle und rund 105 Morgen Feld und Wald für 6400 Gul- den. (GB IV, 223)
